JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Studies carefully Bill of quantity and drawings relevant to the site verify their correctness and reports errors omissions clarification if required & recommend changes if necessary.
• Prepares daily and weekly work plans and resource schedules.
• Requests and insures proper deployment of resources required for the site.
• Ensures that all construction activities are properly recorded in the daily data collection formats.
• Evaluated daily out-puts vis-à-vis daily plan.
• Inspects and evaluates the works of his subordinates.
• Prepares daily reports.
• Recommends improvements in work methods, standards and use of equipment’s and manpower.
• Prepares take off measurements of works performed in his site
• Maintain good relationships with Clients &Contractors
• Contribute and Maintain personal devotion including late working hours (extended time as deemed necessary) effort for the overall success and vision of the company

JOB REQUIREMENT

• BSC degree in Civil engineering, COTM, or related field
• 8 years and above work experience in building projects (High rise building experience is preferable)
• 4 years’ experience as resident engineer in managing of administering of building construction projects
