Job Description


Scope of Role

Komari, an innovative leader in the beverage industry, known for its popular Arada hard seltzer, is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales System Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the operational excellence of our sales tracking system, ensuring its smooth running, and supporting our sales team’s effectiveness through comprehensive training and technical support. Senior Sales System Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales processes by analyzing user needs, proposing new system features, and maintaining data integrity through regular quality checks.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 

Ensure the Sales Tracking System Running Smoothly:

  • Monitor the sales tracking system’s performance, ensuring high availability and reliability for the sales team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the system, working closely with IT and software vendors as necessary.

Offer Interactive Training Workshops and Technical Support:

  • Develop and conduct interactive training workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to different skill levels within the sales team to ensure full mastery of the sales system.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to the sales team, addressing any questions or challenges they face in using the sales system effectively.

Analyze User Needs and Propose New Features for the System:

  • Gather feedback and analyze the needs of the sales team regarding system functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT and system developers to design and implement new features that enhance productivity, user experience, and sales outcomes.

Perform Data Quality Checks Daily:

  • Conduct daily data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data within the system.
  • Identify, investigate, and correct discrepancies or errors in the sales data, working closely with the sales team to rectify any underlying issues.

     

About You

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5-8 Years of Proven experience as a Sales System Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role, preferably within the beverage industry or FMCG sector

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
