Job Summary:

  • Handle all customers as per the company customer handling standard.
  • Identify potential customers and set approach strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, cross selling, & upselling.
  • Develop strong and long-term client relationships.
  • Conclude sales transactions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
  • Achieve and monitor sales targets.
  • Generate sales invoice and cash receipt as per sales order.
  • Prepare daily cash sales summary.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Sales/Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in similar position; preferably in similar organization.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of cash register machine usage.
  • Computer Literacy in MS Office and Email is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English both in Written & Spoken.
  • Able to work flexible hours & meet customer demands.
  • Able to plan & schedule tasks.
