Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Expert to lead and grow our EV sales operations. If you’re passionate about sustainable transport and have strong sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell electric vehicles to individual and corporate customers (B2C & B2B)
  • Conduct product demos and test drives
  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Keep up with EV market trends and competitor activity
  • Maintain proper records using CRM tools
About You

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in sales (at least 2 years in EV or automotive sector)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid driving license (mandatory for test drives and field visits)
  • Fluent in Amharic and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
