Role and responsibilities on the project

• Manage all project activities; disseminate, follow up and coordinate call for workshops.
• Coordinate and follow up the activities of legal and financial expert activities.
• Provide feedback on the assessed legal documents
• Coordinate stakeholder’s engagements, including workshops, as scheduled.
• In collaboration with the Legal Senior Expert, review the draft legal documents based on the road safety perspective.
• Prepare the bi-annual and final narrative reports requested by the concerned body
• Review and give approval on the quarterly and final financial report prepared by the Senior Financial expert and submit it to the concerned body.
• Participate in conference call with the concerned bodies [GRSP and VS] to report on progress.

Job Requirement

Minimum Qualification:

• BA and above in transport Engineering, Road and Transport Engineering, Transport planning & management, Transport Planning and Transport Economics /Road safety management or any related fields with transport.
• Should have a minimum 4 years’ experience with at least 2 years’ experience in road safety /Traffic Engineering field is an advantage.
• And s/he should have knowledge of the national regulations related to transport is an asset.
• Very good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, Microsoft office.
• Skill in coordinating different stockholders engagement.
• Experience in project/grants has an advantage

Remark: This expert should have spent his/ her time in office for at least three days in a week
