Responsibilities

• Managing and controlling the road construction and the compound drainage system.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the design and specification.
• Efficiently manage manpower and machineries.
• Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations.
• Liaising with consultants and their representatives (engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
• Preparing detail reports as required.

Job Requirements

Qualification : BSc in civil engineering, Construction Management or related field of study and above 5 years of work Experience is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software
