Job Description

Essential Function

  • Perform new customer acquisition and existing customer retention activity;
  • Build high end customer relationship to mobilize deposit, FCY and Share capital of the Bank.
  • Perform follow-ups on high value customers acquisition and retention undertakings;
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and develop proposal;
  • Engage in high value customer base expansion of the bank;
  • Conducting business reviews based customer relationship program;
  • Works on ways to improve customer acquisition continuously;
  • Meeting with Team Leader, Relationship Management to plan strategically the customer acquisition and retention endeavours;
  • Assess and select a rising business area in order to capture the expected value.
  • Propose new ideas or initiatives based on the assessment made on market analyses
  • Continually seek innovative means of attracting financial resource and make contact.
  • Engage in coaching, mentoring, and training activities of branches sales representatives on all sales skills aspects;
  • Performs any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

BA in Banking & Finance, Marketing & Communication, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Any other related fields with 5.5 years of experience in relevant fields, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position in banking industry.
