Essential Function

• Analyzes and documents technical requirements for software and system implementations.
• Designs, develops, and integrates technical solutions within existing systems or new platforms.
• Works closely with developers, IT teams, and other technical staff to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Oversees or participates in system testing to ensure technical solutions meet quality and performance standards.
• Monitoring activities of project personnel to ensure project delivers on schedule and within budget.
• Ensuring project complies with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitoring project progress and propose changes where necessary.
• Working with project team members throughout the project life cycle, and confer with project staff to outline work plan.
• Working with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
• Manages project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensures that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
• Carries out other duties as required

Job Requirement

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, and other related fields with 5.5/3.5 years of experience in IT of which 2+ years of experience in a project management officer role.
