Position: Senior, Procurement Officer

Job Summary

• The jobholder is responsible for organizing purchase requests, is involved in the preparation of specifications, handling tender processes, facilitates technical evaluations, minutes preparation and purchase orders. S/he tests sample and follow up of activities of materials and services acquisition including contract administration, supply of goods, checking per specification and effecting payments. The jobholder ensures all the procurement activities are implemented according to the policies and procedures of the bank.

Qualifications/Skills

• Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Procurement and Supplies Chain Management or business-related fields plus a minimum of 6 years in the banking sector: with 2 years in procurement Officer.

• Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
