Manage and oversee the IT department, including the IT team and infrastructure.
• Plan and execute IT strategies and initiatives to support the organization’s goals.
• Maintain and administer the organization’s computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users.
• Monitor and ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with IT policies and regulations.
• Troubleshoot complex IT issues and coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, controlling expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
• Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies for potential implementation.
• Collaborate with other departments to align IT solutions with business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology, Computer Science, or
• Proven experience in IT management or a similar role, with a minimum of [3] years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
