Qualification ; Work Experience & required skills : BSc in Civil Engineering or in Water Resource & Irrigation Engineering or in related fields of  study  and 6 years  direct work  Experience on Building or on water works  on Dam, Irrigation and water Supply  work preferably with a Contractor

Language: Ability of Afan Oromo is Mandatory
