Educational Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management/Management

Work Experience: 3 years as Learning & Development  Officer II or equivalent or 6 years relevant experience in the Banking  industry OR 2 years as Senior Learning & Development Officer or equivalent or 7 years relevant experience
