Responsibilities

• The Officer is responsible to coordinate and support branches and IFB activities in the District Office.
• He/she ensures if procedures are adhered regularly and risks are properly managed; motivates and coaches employees responsible for the delivery of high quality service;
• Ensures timely clearance of suspense accounts;
• Monitors the IFB portfolio management and the transaction level risks;

JOB REQUIREMENT

Required Education and Experience: BA degree in Economic, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with 4 years of experience in banking operations out of which 3 years in Interest Free Banking area.
