Academic Qualification:  MBA/BA Degree in HRM, Management, Public Administration

Related Work Experience :  4/6 years and above

Language: Proficiency in Afaan Oromoo is Advantageous

Age : should be between 25 – 40 year only.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa and Projects
