Notable projects include Wenchi Gebeta Lehager, Chaka Landscape and Greenery, Sheraton Landscape and Greenery Project, Mexico to Sarbet Road Corridor, Adwa 00 Project, and several projects for various embassies.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer to join our HR team. The Senior HR Officer is the responsible for overall HR activities.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Performing quarterly and annual employee performance review.
  • Ensuring all project employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process wage garnishment and other deductions.
  • Reviewing payrolls and submit to the concerned person in a timely manner.
  • Submitting daily, weekly and monthly report regarding to man power figures.
  • Drafting offer letters and employment contract agreements for signature by hiring Manager, Candidate and others as appropriate.
  • Support and follow up project HR team.
  • Ensuring Man power plan based on the project need.
  • Perform other tasks that assign by line manager.
About You
  • BA degree in Human Resource, Management, Business administration or other related fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in construction environment.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
