Job Description

Job Requirement

Qualification: BA degree in Management, Economics or other related field of study from a recognized University.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years related work experience in any business organization.

Additional qualities & Competency

  • Good knowledge of HRM principles and practices.
  • Good Interpersonal, Communication and computer application skill
  • Knowledge of Induction and training coordination
  • Ability to undertake training need and  impact assessment knowledge
  • Dedication , hardworking capacity, Dependable & Team Player
