Job Requirement

Educational Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management/ Management  or other related field of study from a recognized University

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience  in Business Organization
• Insurance experience  are preferable

Additional qualities &competencies Required:

• Good knowledge of HRM principles and practices
• Good knowledge of the Labor Law and Company HRM policies and procedures
• Knowledge of induction and training coordination
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to undertake training impact assessment
• Ability to direct and coordinate various tasks
• Thorough knowledge of the principles of purchasing and supplies management
• Good knowledge of transport and warehouse management
