Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior HCM officer will be responsible for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Management, Employee Performance Management & Development Support, and Staff Relations and Administration support.
He/she develops and maintains periodic human resources reports, utilizing standard HR-related metrics.
He/she provides support to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Required Education and Experience: Minimum BA Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or Management or Public administration with a minimum of 4 years related work experience in human resource management
