Job Summary

Provides a diverse range of routine HR service activities to a specified operating unit of the company, perform job advertisement and hiring process, recording and documentation, payment processing, ensure safety and health of employees and company property, basic maintenance and repair of materials. Routine canteen and/or customer services, and/or other related duties in accordance with the day-to-day requirements of the specified department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and manage job advertisements by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment and on boarding process of new hires that accommodate a company’s vision for the future.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the recruited manpower is trained, retained, and supported to achieve organization goals and commitment.
  • Manage employee records like induction, training, over time, attendance and time off
  • Manage pension, retirement, employee ID, and benefits administration
  • Manage health checkups, and look after the health, and safety welfare of employees.
  • Resolve disagreements between employees that cannot be solved privately following grievance handling procedure.
  • Facilitate events, get-together and other team-building activities.
  • Make sure payments are processed and paid correctly on time.
  • Coordinate staff performance evaluation process, attendance control, and grievance handling.
  • Support supervisors and employees on Labor Law and company policies and procedures.
  • Make sure that employees abide by the company rule and regulations.
  • Perform any other duties that concern the department or as assigned by the supervisor.

Type of Employment: Permanent.

Salary and Other Benefit Packages: Attractive and can be determined with negotiation based on the candidate’s previous earning, qualification and competency.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • BA in business administration, management, law, social studies or relevant field;
  • 4 – 6 Year Experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.

Competencies and Skills

  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; words, excel, internet and data system.
  • Problem solving and communication skill.
  • Willingness to learn, improve and adapt to changing requirements.
