Job Description


General Duty and Responsibility

As Senior Human Resources you will work under the general guidance of the Hospital and HR manual. As well be responsible for assisting Human Resources and General Service Manager. Plus be responsible for supporting the Human Resources and General Service team on their day to day operation.

Human Senior Human Resources the administrative support to the Human Resources and General Service team in accordance with the Hospital standard, procedures and to ensure that staffing needs are met in a timely manner, As a (HR) be skilled in organizing, managing and multitasking with confidential information; also participating and implementing to the hospital HR procedures in relation to hiring, promotion, dismissals and disciplinary case.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compiling and Updating salary, benefits and payroll information.
  • Developing job descriptions, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates, preparing personal files of the colleagues.
  • Helps employees identify specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence.
  • Assist with Internship or training program and ensuring that all Interns are receiving the necessary support and guidance during their industrial exposure training.
  • Ensure up to date and accurate information is fed into the Human Resources Software.
  • Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and that all the relevant immigration checks are carried out correctly.
  • Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files.
  • Full usage of HR System including running of Payroll, Change of Status Requests and other amendments as required that are for HRD Approval.
  • Provide staff counseling, guidance, career planning, and oversee disciplinary matters up to and including dismissal and oversee any Grievance Complaints made as required.
  • Ensures confidentiality is always maintained and provides information only to those with a need to know.
  • Responsible for working with an HR manager to set up appointments between company managers and job applicants.
  • Responsible to scheduling an orientation session, she is responsible for ensuring that each new employee register an attendance machine and visit the hospital compound.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, HRIS software data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Ensuring that up-to-date information is on file for hospital employees.
  • Organizing employee files in a way that is logical and easy to use.
  • Report to HR manager on trends observed and correctable grievances.
  • Be actively involved organizing on job and regular training in collaboration with other department heads.
  • Responsible for helping employees find general answers to their questions. This includes helping employees understand company policies and practices.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and accountability as she works with sensitive employee records, including compensation and performance management data.
  • She/he completes paperwork and data entry for employee performance, all leave type disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Ensure that health professionals’ licenses are renewed
  • Prepare Information to be sent to the Health Bureau and up to date the data.
  • Co-operate with other departments of the hospital in order to achieve organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

Education:

A Collage, University graduate with Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or other related fields.

Experiences:

4 years of working experience in Human Resource, personnel related tasks.

Special Knowledge:

Familiarity with local labor markets and labor proclamation, HRIS software and knowledge of individual differences in ability & personality is essential.
