Job Description


Tadkob PLC a Battery & Tire trading company is looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Manager for its Kality location. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

Salary :  15,000-25,000 based on prior experience

Responsibilities

The Senior HR Officer provides practical, timely support, advice, and direction to staff on the full life cycle of HR activities. Activities and support include;

  • Recruitment, Selection, and Placement
  • Payroll, Compensations, and Benefits Management
  • Performance Management
  • People Development/Talent Management
  • Filing and Documentation of Personnel Records
  • HR Administrative Services and Employee relations

The Sr. HR Officer is the key point of contact for employees and also serves to facilitate the timely engagement of HR best practice activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA degree in Management or related fields of Study with 5 years relevant experience preferably in a trading company
  • This position is open only for women candidates
