Job Summary

Provides a diverse range of routine general services support to a specified operating unit of the company, perform clerical services, equipment operation, basic maintenance and repair of materials and handling, custodial services, routine security and/or customer services, and/or other related duties in accordance with the day-to-day requirements of the specified department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support overall company operations and property administration.
  • Prepare guidelines and procedures for property administration such as utilities management and maintenance, insurance, security, cleaning and canteen services.
  • Facilitate all service contracts with service-providing agencies including insurance companies, security and cleaning agencies, pest control, fire extinguisher and other service providers, etc.
  • Ensure all company properties, office furniture is properly managed and maintained on regular basis and ready for use.
  • Ensure that all important documents related to general services operations and administration including contract agreements, payment requests, and other records are kept appropriately
  • Control solid and liquid waste disposal, scrap disposal system, gardening, compound sanitation, and gate passes permitted for specific reasons and supervise the appropriate use of office supplies, stationeries, and cleaning materials.
  • Ensure that the company’s properties, employees’ safety and security are ensured and safe from exposure to injury; loss, and/or liability; properties are listed and updated regularly.
  • Facilitate workplace arrangements for staff, configuring office and common areas, and arranging furniture and other required materials, repairs, and improvements as needed
  • Perform any other duties that concern the department or as assigned by the supervisor

Type of Employment: Permanent.

Salary and Other Benefit Packages: Attractive and can be determined with negotiation based on the candidate’s previous earning, qualification and competency.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • BA Degree in Management and related field of study from a recognized College University
  • Minimum of 4 – 6 Year Experience in General Service and Related area

Competencies and Skills

  • Basic Computer skill words, excel, internet
  • Problem-solving skill & Communication skill
  • Willingness to learn, improve and adapt to changing requirements.
