Brief Description: The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is directly reporting to the Strategic, Business Development and Marketing Director of the company. He/she will drive our content strategy, create engaging and informative content, and enhance our brand’s online presence. campaigns to promote products and services, including audience segmentation and performance analysis.

Accordingly, the job hold is expected to perform the following major duties and responsibilities.

  • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Design and manage paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experiment with new platforms and channels.
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).
  • Report to clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Administrative set up from ad account buildouts, social media page management, pixel integration, etc. – working with the client to ensure we collect all necessary assets at time of onboarding.
  • Create all kinds of content (including video, photos, and graphics), plan the calendar against our forward-thinking channel plan.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the social media strategy,
  • Ensure our branding and storytelling is accurate and cohesive across all platforms and use digital monitoring tools to report on the performance of our digital campaigns.
  • Run the Team Content Committee and own our Teams scheduling platform, smoothly transitioning our proactively planned posts/reels/stories/etc. to our intranet and public facing social platforms.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for organic social results on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Collaborate with the broader team to organize and execute photoshoots/videos to support our content strategy.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Support the team as a subject matter expert and in project delivery relating to web and content delivery across the business.
  • Oversee the work of external vendors, including but not limited to content providers, designers, and digital and brand agencies. Obtain price estimates from vendors to ensure that costs stay within the annual budget, as directed by the marketing plan.
  • Work closely with the senior marketing specialist to maximize content & digital channels.
  • Maintain contact with present and future membership groups to encourage good relations and cooperation.

About You

Job Skills and Qualification Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum BA degree or master’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
  • Minimum of 5 years and above experienceof digital marketing, consulting, and/or agency experience.
  • Graphic design knowledge: Adobe Illustrator

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
  • Proven ability to proactively deliver results-based updates to senior management
  • Team player who can build strong relationships with different teams.
  • Quick learner with exceptional ability to master new concepts and software applications.
  • Detail-oriented and effective at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks under a tight schedule.
  • Extensive coordination with others is key to this position, so organization and time management are critical.
  • Strong attention to detail and rapid problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
