Essential Function

• Develop and/or revise credit risk management framework of the Bank including setting limits and targets; and monitor compliance with the established credit risk appetite/limits;
• Develop credit risk management policies, procedures/guidelines, program and plan of the Bank;
• Identify, assess, measure and monitor credit risk related to the financing activities of the Bank and recommend mitigation mechanisms;
• Monitor credit risk in the Bank’s loan portfolio by analyzing the changes in the Bank’s risk profile, the adequacy of provision for bad loans advances and evaluate the adequacy of the Bank’s capital to absorb credit risk;
• Review/conduct stress testing and assess the Bank’s capacity to manage stressful situations;
• Identify loans with actual and potential credit weaknesses so that timely action can be taken to strengthen credit quality and minimize losses and, if necessary, recommends for adjustment of their risk ratings;
• Monitor that loan processing comply internal credit policies, credit procedures and regulatory requirements through credit review

Job Requirements

Qualification : BA in Economics, Management, Business Administration Finance, accounting or related field

Experience : Five/5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry of which 2 year as Credit risk Management officer.
