About Job

Under the supervision of the Director for Institute of Directors, the Senior Corporate Governance Expert designs and initiates effective mechanisms for successful achievement of the objectives of the Institute. He/she also encourages and promotes the implementation of the Ethiopian Corporate Governance code by prominent Ethiopian business entities.

Job Requirement

Education: BA/MA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Project management and related fields of Studies from Recognized higher learning Institution

Work Experience:  Six years of experience for BA holders and 4 years of experience for MA holders in similar positions

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

• Demonstrated technical ability, sound judgement, and ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels;
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills;
• Good knowledge of economic or Legal research methods and legal ethics;
• Ability to act in professional and ethical manner
• Event management skills
