Job Description

Job Title: Senior Contact Center Officer (for Back Office)

– Place of Work: Head Office
– Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale

Qualifications/Skills
• Educational Qualification: BA in Administrative Service Management and Technology System or related
• (Knowledge of additional foreign languages other than English is advantageous)
• Work Experience: 3 years as Contact Center Officer or equivalent or 5 years relevant experience in the Banking Industry OR 2 years as Senior Contact Center Officer or equivalent or 6 years relevant experience.
