Job Title: Senior Contact Center Officer – Back Office

Location: Head Office

Qualifications/Skills

Educational Qualification: BA in Administrative Service Management and Technology System or related
Work Experience: 3 years as Contact Center Officer or equivalent or 5 years relevant experience in the Banking Industry OR 2 years as Senior Contact Center Officer or equivalent or 6 years relevant experience
• (Fluency in English and knowledge of additional foreign language; and knowledge of more than one local language is advantageous)
