Summary

MCG Talent are looking for a Senior Communications Manager with a specific background in industry reporting within the construction / design sectors.

The purpose of this role is to develop industry specific reports in relation to design and construction to be shared with stakeholders.

Role 

• Research, develop and deliver industry specific communications that meet the ongoing requirements of the sector, in line with corporate branding and communications guidelines
• Deliver a wide range of communication items including but not limited to industry reports, financial reports.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with company stakeholders to ensure communications are accurate.
• Support initiatives to maintain, improve and measure colleague engagement
• Lead on external B2B communications and develop accurate reports on company activity.
• Conduct market research and identify trends
• Continually seek new and innovative channels and communications practices to support the comms plan
• Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

Specific Requirements:

• The candidate shall have an excellent command and grasp of the English Language
• This person MUST have experience in the construction sector developing industry specific reports with the purpose of sharing with stakeholders.
• Experience of the GCC is ideal
• Must have experience creating industry specific reports including financial reports within the construction / design / architecture sectors.
• A minimum of 5 years consecutive experience in a similar role, within an international / multinational role executing tasks within a high pressure and highly innovative environment
• Ideally this person will hold a degree in a relevant field to communications / construction or similar.
