Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Senior Building Management Officer is responsible for Preparing Interior Design for office,
  • Prepare Branch Layout and Design,
  • Prepare specification & Quantity of works to be done, Supervision of construction works,
  • Prepare payments for the executed amount of works,
  • Check any of the construction works against the given specification

Job Requirement

Educational Level and work Experience:  BSC Degree in Civil Engineering  or Construction Technology & Management or any relevant field of study with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in  in Architectural Design, Supervision & Quantity Surveying. Experience in banking industry is Advantageous
