Job Description


About the Job

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives. Define the brand’s positioning, key messaging, and target audience to create a unique market presence.
  • Ensure the brand’s visual and verbal identity is consistent and impactful across all marketing materials, including advertisements, packaging, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that reinforce the brand’s image and drive brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and innovative campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand growth. Utilize data to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with other departments such as product development, sales, and customer service to integrate the brand strategy into all aspects of the business.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand performance, such as brand awareness, customer perception, and brand equity. Utilize insights to optimize brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage the brand budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve brand goals and objectives.
  • Conduct brand training sessions for employees, partners, and stakeholders to ensure consistent brand representation and understanding.
  • Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

About You

  • Education and Experience: Marketing, Business Management Degree with 3 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of operations management principles and techniques, including supply and distribution processes, as well as the ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to achieve the organization’s operational goals and objectives including identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, as well as developing strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of technology and ability to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness including identifying opportunities to automate processes, implement new technologies, and improve data management.
