Job Description


  • Plans, organizes, leads, coordinates and controls all the security management and protection operations of the company.
  • Designs and implements comprehensive security strategies.
  • Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
  • Communicates security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols.
  • Collects and analyze security data to determine security needs, security program goals, or program accomplishments
  • Supervise subordinate security professionals, performing activities such as hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, or disciplining.
  • Coordinates responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiles incident reports.
  • Advises the management for the selection of surveillance equipment procurement.
  • Keeps abreast of new technologies and advancements in security services.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and security regulations of the country.
  • Writes or reviews security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives.
  • Trains subordinate security professionals or other organization members in security rules and procedures
  • Develops security KPIs
  • Attends meetings, professional seminars, or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operations.
  • Assists in emergency management and contingency planning.
  • Prepares reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves security breaches.
  • Monitors security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.
  • Analyzes and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
  • Creates and implements security standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct, support, or assist in governmental reviews, internal corporate evaluations, or assessments of the overall effectiveness of the facilities security processes.
  • Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
  • Undertakes any other activities assigned by the Managing Director, or carry out the activities incidental to the above.

About You

Diploma or BA degree in security Science and other related fields

10 years relevant experience for diploma holders and 8 years’ experience for Degree holders.
