We are now looking for a Security Manager with experience to drive the security operations for Ericsson in the Customer Units in Market Area Middle East and Africa. Affirming trust in Ericsson’s security brand by recognizing emerging trends, risks, business needs and redefining into Security Strategy and solutions.

What you will do

• Drive and lead security strategy and execution.
• Provide leadership and vision to the security organization in terms of operations.
• Challenge how things are done to build trust, business value and get results.
• Inspire the security organization to create business enabling solutions, methods, and tools to support Ericsson’s business operations.
• Provide leadership and courage during crisis and high stress situations.
• Align and Implement security operations strategy
• Drive one and right security culture
• Develop security operations organization in MMEA
• Drive effective security governance in MMEA and Manage security operations risk.

You will bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in of security operations.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, Privacy, Risk Management, Information, Personnel-, Event-, Executive-, Physical security, Security Incident Management, Business Continuity and Crisis Management!
• Business Understanding
• Change, Improvement Management & Risk Management Skills
• Security certifications are preferred.
