Job Description


Our company would like to invite qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following vacant position
Position: Secretary

Work place: Addis Ababa

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls in English
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other documents
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems
  • Support management with daily administrative tasks
About You

Education background and work experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, Management, or related field

Requirements

  • fluent English (spoken and written)-mandatory
  • Arabic language skill is an added advantage
  • Good computer skill (MS word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
