Job Description


Responsibilities include

  •  Greeting visitors & directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Organizing General Manager diary and making appointments.
  • Securing and maintaining office systems, Answering telephones and responding to inquiries via telephone or email.
  • Performing administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying Writing emails, memos & letters.
  • Implementing and/or developing office procedures and record systems

Job Requirement

  • Academic Qualification :  BA/Diploma in Secretariat Science or  related fields
  • Experience:  2/4 Years’ and above General Experience in Construction Company.

Place of Work:  Head Office
