  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team
  • Set sales targets and ensure team members work toward achieving them
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide feedback
  • Motivate, coach, and guide sales staff to improve productivity
  • Train new sales employees on products, selling techniques, and company policies
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints when needed
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices
  • Attend meetings and communicate sales updates to management
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Perform other duties related to sales as assigned by management
About You

Sales Agronomist Skills and Qualifications:

  • BSC degree in plant Science, Horticulture & Related Field
  • More than four years of experience on.
  • Knowledgeable in certificate registration and E-service system operations
  • solid communication skills, both written and verbal; organizational skills; planning skills; analytical skills; critical thinking skills; problem-solving skills; computer skills; multi-tasking abilities; integrity, honesty.
  • Fluent (written and spoken) English
