Job Description


Major Duties (Not all-inclusive)

  • Perform the end-to-end sales transaction, coordinate and engage team members to achieve the sales target and objectives of the company
  • Ensure yearly/ monthly sales targets are archived or not and ensure the sales teams are on the right track
  • Undertake negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform regular Follow-ups for all his/her assigned prospects and ensure all sales teams are doing the same
  • Search potential customers and generate leads and identify new sales opportunities and emerging market trends in the territory
