Purpose of the job:

Over see all sales accomplishment by planning and implementing outstanding sales and product development programs both short and long range targeted toward existing and new markets

Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate leads and drives sales, train sales representative and monitor on daily bases,
• Find the agents to increase sales volume and report a weekly base,
• Maintain and develop  relationship with the potential clients with the aim of making more sales,
• Undertake marketing campaign with the aim of increasing product awareness and increasing product sales,
• Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales team,
• Anticipate the client need and provide appropriate solution to meet those needs,
• Effectively Participate in events in promoting our products,
• Following up and recording of daily sales of team in Addis Ababa and the agents,
• Perform other related duties as may be required by superiors

Job Requirement

Required Educational background and work experience

• Minimum of BA-degree or MA/MBA degree in business fields more specifically sales and marketing graduated,
• Minimum of  four (4-years) of work experience as sales supervisor in bottled water companies, work with minimum or no orientation experienced in leading sales team, create potential clients, experienced in team training and guide sales team

Additional skill required

• Commitment of high standard, Communication, team management, market execution event management, result and target oriented, conflict/objection management, ability to work under pressure, able to handle multiple tasks in time, client management and ready to accomplish respective assignments from immediate or superior, Skill in the use of computers (excellent in advanced MS- Excel, Word, PPT), Complete integrity and honesty, attention to detail, rigorous team spirit, Driving license

Language proficiency : Amharic and English (Listening, reading and writing) and additional language is advantageous,

Salary:  Attractive plus Commission
