Job Description


Responsibilities

  • present the company products and related value propositions to clients.
  • sell company’s products in accordance with the selling price fixed by the company.
  • Positively contribute in the creation and maintenance of corporate image/brand.
  • Responsible to have the full customer data base of your market/territory and updated on daily basis on the CRM system ( Project name, statues, contact person..etc)
  • Responsible to protect/maintain existing customers
  • Develop journey plans and frequency for all existing and prospective customers to ensure that all opportunities of the market are captured
  • Develop and manage amazing customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Prepare and deliver Performa invoices, and collect withholding after each sale is closed.
  • Maintain customer record in the CRM.
  • Record and report daily sales and related information to the Area sales manager.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and create a pleasant working environment for clients and co-workers
  • coordinate with store in the process of timely delivery.
  • Travel within and outside Addis as necessary
  • Positively contribute in the creation and maintenance of corporate image/brand.
  • Performs other duties assigned by the Area sales manager or higher officers and on demand bases must be able to work after working hours, weekends and holidays

Job Requirements

Education: B. A degree in the business field of studies, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong interpersonal or people skill
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Computer skills (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint), and communication skills (both verbal and written Amharic, English, and others if any)
  • Understanding of accounting or finance
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Previous experience in use of CRM tools
