Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale and retail clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and market trends to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and pricing quotes to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to clients, educating them on our coffee offerings, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales presentations, and marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Monitor sales performance, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems to inform sales strategies and forecasting.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of coffee industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
