Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients and presenting them the value of company products and services.
  • Assisting potential clients as professional adviser and external project manager.
  • Increasing the value of existing customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events where appropriate.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Fostering and developing relationships with customers/clients
  • Investigating and troubleshoot customer service issues together with technical team etc.
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, •customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Ensuring all contact information is accurate and maintained updated
  • Following the sales force and collecting reports so as to understand and discuss if there are challenges or difficulties to give remedies on time by communicating with all the other members and with the upper management
  • Performing other related duties assigned by immediate manager Closing deal

Job Requirement

BSc in Management, Marketing, Economics   food science   and   any engineering   fields except civil engineering.

  • Must be resident in Dire Dawa,Jijiga And Addis Ababa
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Communication (verbal and written) & presentation skills
  • Ability to manage people, projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent confident, sales skills and networking ability.
  • Must be able to write weekly and monthly report in a clear and concise manner.
  • Good Communication skill in Somali, English and Amharic.
  • Entrepreneurship  and consultative personality  is a great plus

Language :  Somali ,Oromifa,  English   and  Amharic

Religion: –   Muslim
