Job Description


A digital finance and payment services provider. We leverage innovative technology to build and enable distribution channels that make financial and non-financial services affordable and accessible.

Report to -Sales Supervisor

Required Number of CSR  – 20

Requirements

Experience -2+Years in FMCG category

Education -Diploma in Sales Related Field of studies

Duties & Responsibilities

Meeting and overachieving the following KPIS

  1. Daily Sales Target Achievement both in Qty and Value
  2. Daily # of Outlet Visit
  3. Daily Success Rate Evaluation
  4. Daily Merchandise asper the Target
  5. Online and offline Reports
  6. Insuring end- to -end achievement of the Sales Cycle
  7. new business opportunity assessment and Reporting
  8. Order generation and Pre-sale
  9. Competitor Report with Recommendations
  10.  Outlet Mapping and configuration using SFA
  11.  Training Retailer’s on how to place their product orders using our Platform and Transforming the traditional trading culture in to the advanced digital online trading
  12. systems.
  13.  Excellent business analytical skills – use of data to drive product and pricing strategies, and their impact to production forecasts
  14. The ability to influence third party partners to achieve profitable results
  15. Highly organized and be able to complete multiple tasks, proactively with initiative
  16. Self-motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  17. Strong negotiation skills
  18. Hands on & results oriented
  19. Well organized
  20. Capacity to challenge and improve processes
  21. Ability to identify new business opportunities
