Job Description

Major Duties (Not all-inclusive)

  • Search potential customers and generate leads for sale
  • Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Assist buyers in making wise decisions on their purchasing of property for the right price under the best terms
  • Contact prospects and keep records of customer interactions, appointments, follow-ups, comments, and complaints on our CRM System
  • Arrange site visits and help customers to understand the progress in construction.
  • Convince potential customers to close deals and protect company interests in all circumstances
  • Coordinate contract signing process and record sales transactions on the right way to system
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and quarterly sales reports and submit them to the sales team leader
  • Engaged in all related activities which will be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Knowledge and Skill

  • Knowledge of Sales and marketing skills
  • Customer orientation
  • Industry and Product Knowledge
  • Good Communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process to closing deals
