As known in the construction industry there are few suppliers that work with Documents and Valid Certificates for the products, specially know a day’s customers are losing trust because of late Deliver of product, low accountability and Services Delivery after Sales. By keeping this in Mind SB grace Construction Material Trading PLC is importing a product which have a verification Documents and valid Test Report, the products have good Quality with reasonable Price. In order to cultivate shortage of supply the company will use wholesaling Trade; in the wholesaling area the company is working with local suppliers like Di Yuan Ceramics and Gold Lion ceramics , by being their main Agent, this is helping our company as well as our customer to be served with reasonable price and availability of product.  Our company plan is to sales Construction materials with customer satisfaction, Trust and reasonable price.

Sales Officer Job Summary

SB Grace construction material Trading P.L.C is looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented sales officer to oversee our sales team and determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales. The sales officer’s responsibilities include recommending improvements to current sales strategies, informing potential and existing customers of company promotions, as well as preparing accurate sales and expense reports. You should also be able to continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals.

To be successful as a sales officer, you should be persuasive and knowledgeable of industry regulations. Ultimately, an outstanding sales officer should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times.

Sales Officer Responsibilities:

  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales,
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience and Sales Goal.
  • Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
  • Analyzing competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

Job Requirements

Sales Officer Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred from Known academic place.
  • Proven sales experience at least Two year.
  • if there is no Sales Experience, the sales person must have 3.2 plus GPA from known academic place.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Must speak fluent English and Amharic.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
