Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving planned primary n secondary sales in assigned territory.
• Appointment of distributors in untapped territories.
• Ensure product placement across all available channels in the market.
• Ensure product visibility for faster off take.
• Proper utilization of POP material.
• Ensure product hygiene in the market.
• Timely submission of various reports.

Educational Background : BA/BSC degree in any field (Graduate).

Work experience ; Minimum 2 years experience in sales in any stream. Freshers would also be considered.

Required Competencies

• Proficiency in Amharic and English .
• Willing to travel extensively within the country.
• Self starter , presentable ,confident & must have problem solving skills.
