Job Description

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Calling potential customers to explain company Services and encourage purchases.
Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Developing in-depth knowledge of company Services.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Analyzing competitors’ Services to determine Service features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Conducting promotional activities.
Overseeing campaigns on social marketing media.
Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

BA in Marketing and sales
Three to five years and above experience

Skills

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
