Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and develop sales and marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the excution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budgets
  • Preparation of sales targets and daily/weekly/monthly follow up of sales activities and predetermined sales targets.
  • Develop, manage and structure the sales and marketing department as per the goals of the company.analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies to expand client base create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
  • identify and implement creative solutions to the needs of clients in a manner that adds value to the company’s bottom line.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing , business or related fields
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Proven experience developing marketing plan
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with marketing automation and crm tools
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
