The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• The sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing strategy creation and implementation, forecasting, and sales account management across the country.
• Ensure smooth, effective operation and timely distribution of stocks.
• Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
• Plan and manage internal communications, administration, and relevant reporting and planning systems
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
• Liaise between Phoenix Telecom and other business partners as required by the management.

Qualifications

• A minimum BA degree in Sales/Marketing/ Business Administration or any other relevant fields is required;
• Strong experience (4+ years) in sales with a proven track record;
• Experience in an FMCG industry;
• Strong Communication skills;
• A frequent field visit outside of Addis Ababa is required.
