As a Sales Executive at SantimPay, you will support the sales team in managing relationships with key merchants and clients. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to grow their careers in sales by learning and contributing to our client acquisition and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key merchants and clients.
  •  Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and potential leads.
  •  Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  •  Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of FinTech solutions.
  •  Participate in client meetings and assist in addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  •  Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  •  Contribute to achieving team sales targets and performance goals.

About You

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  •  Basic understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the FinTech industry.
  •  Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
