Job Description


MBR Partners is a globally orientated recruitment business focused on talent acquisition across Technology areas (Telecoms, Security, Finance, Mobility, Enterprise Software, ITO & BPO Outsourcing and Utilities).

Summary

MBR Partners is looking for a Sales Director – Sub-Saharan Africa for a high-growth Telco Software company that is in the region or 200-300 million USD revenue by the end of the financial year and has a plan to scale to around 1 billion before an eventual IPO. The client has just been recapitalized with a few to aggressively grow and make strategic acquisitions.

Roles

The role would involve driving the sales across their portfolio to Telco Service Providers in Sub-Saharan Africa. The client already has a strong client base so the opportunity is really to cross-sell into those accounts.

Requirements

  • The client is looking for a strong, sales performer who can make the difference personally in closing key deals with the Service Providers in the region. Candidates should have experience selling software such as any of OSS, BSS, VAS, NFV, Core Network, Roaming Analytics, Service Assurance, Active Testing, Lab to Production Testing, Network Security, RAN Network Centric AI, O-RAN etc.
  • The location can be anywhere in Sub-Saharan Africa but the candidates must have strong experience selling to the main Service Providers in the region – MTN, Orange, Airtel, Vodacom, Safaricom + others etc.

Salary  : The salary will be flexible depending on the value the candidate brings (please ignore the details mentioned on the job board).
