Job Description


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • The manager is responsible for managing all sales operations of our company.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives and reporting results as necessary

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in similar role and 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Strong work ethic, interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills at all times.
